Drawing ki: First imagine white energy in you tan-tien ( around your navel). Next make the energy from your tan-tien go to your legs and arms. You should be able to jump, kick and punch faster.
Ki ball: First make two palms opposite of each other. Then bring ki from the your tan-tien to both arms and focus on the center point of the space inside your hand. You should feel warmth or tinggling. For best results try it with a partner.
Ki flame: A ki flame is a way to power up. It boost your overall strength, endurance, and speed. To do this you must first get energy from your tan-tien and spread it through your body. Next stand in a fighting or comfortable stance. Suppress your power in the edge of your body and let all of your ki come out.
Grounding: Picture your feet having roots going deep into the ground. Picture the Earth having a Tan-tien, and the roots sucking up the Earth's energy. This an easy and fast way to re-gain health.
Spirit up: Picture yourself as an empty glass sculpture or shaped bottle. Visualize yourself being filled with blue energy until you are full, then visualize it getting brighter and brighter. This will help you get your energy moving and help you feel it better. This is a warm up kind of like the energy equivalent of Jumping Jacks.
Ki shield: Bring ki out and focus it to your hands. Then imagine a force field that can block a ki ball. Now release it and make it solid. This should block any ki ball or small blast.
Ki blast: Follow the instructions to do a ki ball. Now imagine that your ki ball is a baseball of some sort, now launch the ball like you are tossing it to another person. You can overhand, underhand, or straight trust it forward.
Giant Ki Ball: To do this technique you must gather up a lot of ki; more than you would usually do to create a regulare Ki Ball. While doing this compress it so it is smaller or the same size as a normal Ki Ball. After compressing and gathering Ki, expand the Ki Ball so it is Shoulder lenghth. Once you are ready to launch it you may do so.
